2 MW Decentralized Grid Connected Solar Power Plant – Peddathanda, Telangana
Generating 2 MW of Clean Energy:
The project will design, install, and operate a decentralized grid-connected solar power plant with a capacity of 2 MW (AC) in Madhapuram, Telangana. This plant will supply enough renewable energy to power hundreds of rural homes and agricultural operations, supporting local energy needs and sustainability goals
11 KV Dedicated Transmission Line & 25 Years of Operation
A dedicated 11 KV transmission line will be constructed to connect the solar plant to the 33/11 KV PEDDATHANDA substation. The project includes comprehensive operation and maintenance of the plant and transmission infrastructure for 25 years from the Commercial Operation Date (COD).
Guaranteed Power Purchase for 25 Years
All electricity generated by the 2 MW solar plant will be purchased by TGDISCOM at a pre-determined, levelized tariff fixed by the Telangana Electricity Regulatory Commission (TGERC) for a period of 25 years, ensuring stable revenue and long-term viability for the farmer-led project.
